recently I visited ca institute international conference held at Kolkata, where Mr K Raghu told us to stay technologically updated, friends & sirs, my question to you is what type of technological upgradation does a ca student requires, is it just ms- word, excel, PowerPoint, tally or something different?

How to form llp where in one ca is partner and another is cs a partner.

I am a practicing chartered accountant and want to make the llp with practicing CS . is it possible? if yes than please guide how?

whether practicing Chartered accountant can pursue trading on business as another profession ? If no, whether there is penalty chargeable under companies act.
