want to open a traveling agency with my friends, but not sure about the procedures. Request for your guidance, please.

You may proceed without any registration. As you are dealing in services you dont need to obtain any registration under 10 Lacs of services. Just open a current account in the name of business and make invoices without charging service tax. When your turnover reaches morethan 10 lac you can take service tax registration and later on register with IATA to get incentives. later on if your business flourish you can change your company in pvt ltd or llp or partnership firm etc.
