Recover of lost articlesp id

sir.. I lost my articleship Id which I got with Form No.102 & 103 at the time of joining articleship. Now how can I recover this from ICAI. I need your valuable suggestion..plz suggest me that I could recover this.

i have registered for my articleship on 26th september 2012. Unfortunately all the gmcs batches for the month of december got full. I m not able to complete my gmcs-I within one year.so what am i suppose to do now kindly advice me regarding this

If you please answar my questions then it'll be helpful for me. 1)If I do CA, CS, CMA would it be helpful for me?? 2)Only CA is enough or MBA is also needed for job(for managerial posts) ?? 3)Is there any provision for C.A's if they want to do MBA from IIM(CALCUTTA) or they have to go through CAT/MAT?? 4)Can you give me any suggesstion about good articleship firm in Kolkata??
