06 November 2013 what will be the remedy to the director in case resignation is taken by force and director is not willing to resign from the post.

Without your resignation letter, they can not resign you, except they have pass a resolution for removal of director.

So if you are not agree to give resignation and thc company forcefully want to take then you can mark a mail to MCA in this regard.

The MCA will take action against the company.
