sir.. I lost my articleship Id which I got with Form No.102 & 103 at the time of joining articleship. Now how can I recover this from ICAI.
I need your valuable suggestion..plz suggest me that I could recover this.

send again id card duly filled and signed by your boss to icai along with covering letter saying that you lost id card and request them to send one more card... .
they will stamp and sign and will send back to you
