Tendering resignation is one part, acceptance is another part and ICSI needs to be intimated of the same, if it is within the training period.

I am ok with extension of 45days training period but I don't want to go to office after resignation as my trainer is not cooperative so now can I resign

If you’ve submitted your resignation letter during the CS training period, you generally need to serve the notice period (usually 45 days) as per the ICSI training rules unless your trainer agrees to waive it.
However, if your trainer is uncooperative and you don’t want to continue attending the office, you can still submit your resignation and inform ICSI about the situation. Sometimes, if the trainer doesn’t accept the resignation or cooperate, the ICSI may intervene.
Key points:
Submit your resignation in writing to your trainer.
Inform ICSI about your resignation and the issues faced.
Normally, you need to serve the notice period or get a no-objection from the trainer.
If trainer is not cooperative, escalate to ICSI’s training department for resolution.
Bottom line: You should try to inform ICSI immediately with proof of your resignation and communication, so they can guide or intervene if the trainer is uncooperative
