It has a scheme in which, if a person invest amount in company's 3 years, 5 years & 6 Years (Like R.D. F.D. etc) and at the time of maturity pay him some amount. as per agreement between company & Depositors
can company do so?

The PF Act is now with inclusion of deducting PF who are drawing above Rs.6500 is optional.

Considering this, is it necessary for a firm/manufacturing unit to get it registered under PF Act where all the employees are drawing Rs.6500 or more..!!

a) If yes; how will the department will get revenue...? where even the existing unit will terminate the service of the employee and make them for a new entry.

b) If no, why not it could be increased to Rs.15000 as in the case of ESI, where getting Rs.6500 a month is below the Set line by the Govt.

Is it necessary for a manufacturing unit employing more than 20 (minimum prescribed by the Act); where all are drawing more than Rs.15000 per month (the threshold fixed by the Act is Rs.15000)

I had got the Sodexo food Vouchers worth 1250 Rs in this year from my office. Unfortunately I put them in the water. All the coupons got damaged, but I can see the numbers, bar codes and other details clearly.

I seen Mr.Rajesh got the new sodexo coupon for the expired one with the help of some expert in this site.

Is there any chance to avail the new coupons for these damaged one's. If so, can you please send me the details.

when can roc strike off name of a company.

we had applied for striking off more than 2 months back but still the status of transaction is under process of strike off. why it has not been striked off yet. moreover when will it become dormant.
