I just want to know what actions can we take against the Order of Adjudicating Officer under SEBI ACT, 1992 ( in case of order passed against stock broker)

Can we go in consent against the Order of Adjudicating Officer (after levied penalty)

Bonus to employees

Dear All,

I just wanted to know about the maximum bonus which is payable to employees? I have read in the act that it is 20%. But i just wanted to know those companies which are paying 100% (one month salary) as bonus whether they are not statutorily correct or what? Also tell me if such bonus is disallowed under income tax act?

Reg.registration of fir

I,Ramesh kumar working as chemist in an pharma company.There was theft took place in alwal,secunderabad(21st Nov'2010) and lost property of around 1.5lakhs.I approached police station for registering complaint.Sumitted written complaint and till today(9 months) FIR was not filed.Please do the needful and give any suggestions for further action.

MY RELATIVE HAD GIVEN LOAN BY WAY OF CHEQUE TO ONE PARTY BUT THERE WAS ONLY MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN BOTH OF THEM DUE TO GOOD RELATION. & HENCE THEY WERE NOT ENTERED FOR ANY LEGAL REQUIREMENT. NOW THAT PARTY IS NOT PAYING INTEREST COMPONENT REGULARLY & FOR LOAN REPAYMENT
SO NOW WHAT TO DO CAN MY RELATIVE TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THAT PARTY
CAN MY RELATIVE ISSUE NOTICE THROUGH HIS LAWYER.
HE HAS PROOF OF DISHHONOUR OF CHQ IN HIS BANK STATEMENT
WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE & LAW
EXPERT ADVICE NEEDED URGENTLY

what is the maximum amount payable to any employee under the Act, is it1o Lac or anything that the Employer wants to pay.
There's a lot of ambiguity because sec 4(3) says max- 10 L and sec 4(5) says there's no restriction to pay a higher amount.

Society registeration act 1860

The Governing Body of a Charitable Society registered under the Act has 15 members. On 30/8/2011, 13 of the 15 members (including all the three office bearers resign).In view of this situation it is decided that there shall be a governing body meeting on 2/9/2011 where 13 members from the General Body members shall be nominated to replace these members who have resigned. On 2/9/2011 a governing body meeting is held where 13 members are nominated from the general body and a fresh governing body constituted. Is this procedure valid under the act and is the governing body thus constituted valid under the act.

Is there any amendments made in the Payment of Bonus Act, regarding the minimum amount (i.e 8.33%)of Bonus to be given.
