One of my friend is working in America. He wants to transfer10,00,000/- to the joint account of his father and herself in India. In that joint account her father is the first holder. How can he do so under FEMA?

What are the other provisions (except FEMA) which attract this transaction?

In case if ESIC becomes applicable to the factory (where the manufacturing takes place) is located at some other place lets say Vapi but the Head office of same where the administration work is carried out is located in Mumbai.
Then in this case,
i) Whether the ESIC provisions will be applicable to the employees of the HO?
ii)Or the factory employees will only be covered under that?

My Grandfather in his will divided his house into three.
One portion to my uncle,HUF. One portion to my father,HUF. One portion to son of my uncle(HUF).These three plus me constitute the male members in the family tree.
My father has me and my mother as members. In addition I have a wife and adult unmarried daughter.
My question- can my father(with my
mother's and my consent only)sell the property.
Alternately can I without consent of my daughter and wife relinquish my share in HUF.
