I need a board resolution for taking land on lease by a private limited Company, so can any body provide the same?

what is the managerial remuneration limit of a private limited company if in articles of association it is written that amount is to be as per Companies Act and contradictorily in companies act it is written it should be as per Article of Association?? I am confused that whatever is paid to Director is acceptable???

My client have opened the partnership firm recently. They have decided the firm name is "Nishit International". Can they have used the words of international as a part of firm name ? "International" word prohibited by Finance department ?

If i have 2 companies duly registered and opearating eg.A ltd and B ltd. and now i want my companies to be registered under the name AB INDUSTRIES ltd.(not already registered)....1)what is the procedure?

I just wanted to know about the maximum bonus which is payable to employees? I have read in the act that it is 20%. But i just wanted to know those companies which are paying 100% (one month salary) as bonus whether they are not statutorily correct or what? Also tell me if such bonus is disallowed under income tax act?

I,Ramesh kumar working as chemist in an pharma company.There was theft took place in alwal,secunderabad(21st Nov'2010) and lost property of around 1.5lakhs.I approached police station for registering complaint.Sumitted written complaint and till today(9 months) FIR was not filed.Please do the needful and give any suggestions for further action.
