what is the maximum amount payable to any employee under the Act, is it1o Lac or anything that the Employer wants to pay.
There's a lot of ambiguity because sec 4(3) says max- 10 L and sec 4(5) says there's no restriction to pay a higher amount.
PL HELP!

there is no limit as per the LAW but tax exemption is allowable only upto 10 Lac.
