I want to know how TO GET CS Firm Name Approval FROM THE ICSI After getting CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICE

No Company Secretary who is not a partner of a firm of Company Secretaries shall practice under any name or style other than his own name except with the prior approval of the Council.

Guidelines Framed by the Council relating to Approval of Firm’s name under Regulation 169 of the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 are available on the web-site of the Institute.
