This was my third attempt for IPCC 1st Group. I secured 50 marks on 2nd attempt (case laws were there) and now i secured 52 (only 1 case law) I dont know how can i get the marks i.e. above 60. I wrote in a good handwriting and even underlined with pencil imp points and wrote sections also in which i was fully confident. Still i got 52. How and Why ?

you ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO UNDERLINE. the USE of pencil is also not permitted. I think you know the subject and you have given more importance to case laws and sections but both the things are not material. The only thing which is material is knowledge of case laws and section and not the remembering case law line by line and section by numbers.
There are step marking and you should read the question paper properly and then answer. Do not reply anything which is not required answer to the point to secure more than 60 marks. I think you can do it.
