Plz tell me the main object of a company dealing business in agricultural equipment

X PVT. LTD. HAS 4 DIRECTORS, COMPANY IS DEDUCTING P.F. FROM THEIR SALARY @12%. DIRECTORS ARE GETTING SALARY RS.1 LACS P.M.. NOW DIRECTORS ARE WANTED, THAT P.F. NOT TO BE DEDUCTED FROM THEIR SALARY, BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING MUCH AMOUNT AS A SALARY. KINDLY EXPLAIN, WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE THAT P.F. SHOULD NOT BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SALARY OF CONTINUING DIRECTOR / EMPLOYEES, IF POSSIBLE KINDLY EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR THIS PURPOSE

i need a help to understand the meaning of assignment in mercantile law in this topic in assignment the benefit of a contract can only be assigned but not the liability thereunder. because the liability is assigned,a third party gets involved in it.thus a debtors cannot relieve himself of his creditors by assigning to someone else his obligation to repay the debt.

can anyone let me know if we r not able to remember the sections in law.......then how shud we start the answer..

and how shud be the presentation while writing case laws...??

Our company is tour packaging company and we arrange domestic & International tours.
my queries are

1) can we collect foreign currency (Hard
Cash) from indian residents for
foreign tours.

2) Can we pay (Hard Cash) the foreign
currency to indian representative of
foreign tour packaging company
situated at abroad.
can these transactions allowed under FEMA

can any 1 pls provide me the link or detail of amendement in sec 53 (electronic mode for d service of
document) of the cos. act 1956.

Can anyone tell me pls whether dividend proposed and payed by a PVT LTD Co has to comply all the provisions mentioned in the Companies Act, 1956.
For eg: Transfer to Reverses, etc.
