I am based out of Africa and working for a company as the FC.The company has a subsidiary company (100% holding by us).
We are in the process to liquidate the company.
Can anyone please guide me on the process to initiate and do so and the process of transferring the profit/sharecapital.The assets have already been transferred to the Parent company and no creditors are held.

In the Annual General Meting of the housing Society the Members wish to pass the following resolution due to increasing cost and lack of fund in the society account.
Can a society pass such resolution and charge such amount from outgoing /incoming members?

What is correct charges to be collected from outgoing/incoming members as per the By-laws. What are the proper options to increase the fund of society. Members are requested to advise under the reference to By Laws of the Marashtra Housing Society Act.

Due to increasing cost of electricity/water ,security , building maintenance from time to time it was decided to charge Rs.25,000/- as Transfer Premium & Rs. 25000 as Building Repairing fund from the members who sell /purchase their flat/shop, as these members are earning premium in their deal also , and to raise the fund to cope of the increasing cost of maintenance.
