can anyone let me know if we r not able to remember the sections in law.......then how shud we start the answer..
and how shud be the presentation while writing case laws...??

if you forgive section in exam...then don't give reference to section...start answer as " As per relevant act"
relevant act means act regarding you writing answer such as companies act 1956.
first give heading of case law such as foll
SALOMAN VS SALOMAN & CO.
then start answer with fact & result of the case.
if you forgive case law name but remember facts & result
then write as per relevant case law.
