Now can the Pvt.Ltd.co., appoint Mr.A, as its internal auditor......In simple language can a director of a company be appointed as its internal auditor.....

one shareholders having 500 shares in pvt ltd. co. & he is died, after some time co. issue bonus shares for existing shareholders on dt 28/03/2011. is co. issue bonus shares in the name of deceased shareholder, is this possible, what law related this matter plz reply me.

i need a help to understand the meaning of assignment in mercantile law in this topic in assignment the benefit of a contract can only be assigned but not the liability thereunder. because the liability is assigned,a third party gets involved in it.thus a debtors cannot relieve himself of his creditors by assigning to someone else his obligation to repay the debt.

can anyone let me know if we r not able to remember the sections in law.......then how shud we start the answer..

and how shud be the presentation while writing case laws...??
