15 November 2011 There are some inherited property and the same is not transferred / registerd among the faimily members.
One of the member wants to sell some portion of property . Can he do so ?

The purchaser wanted to pay some money to other members of family as a protection,so that the other member does not object to sale deed in future . How this money to be shown for I T purpose .

18 November 2011 This kind of sale not possible until either property is distributed among all families member and then member either sale or do any action or seller have title dead on his name. according to Transfer of property act if property belong to inherent, each member have equal right on this property .
Without proper transfer of property ,no buddy have power to sell or mortgage of property . if so happen absolutely voidable in future
