Can any one of you please tell me that how or what are the procedures/forms for intimating roc regarding the change of the name of a foreign co. whose laisoning office is situated in india... please
its urgent so kindly inform me ASAP

Please take note that eform 49 will go and it will fall under provisions of section 593(A) of the Companies Act 1956.

As this is One type of change in the Memorandum of the company and even if you have to attach altered MOA with this eform
