The comapany has not held AGM for last 4 years. Now the company has held AGM on 30th December, 2011 (for year ended on 30th june,2011). The company wants to adopt 4 years balance sheet in this AGM (30th December, 2011). Can co do this. If no then provide procedure.

i want to file Annual return for period 14/11/2011 to 31/3/2012.
bt the problem is,
1. one director resigns on the date 19/06/2012. i.e in current year. and shares of this director were transfered to other director 20/06/2012.
So now in schedule-V, how to disclose this matter.

Kindly clarify and confirm is there is any Rule/ Notifications,for claim "National Holiday"?.
Here is One of our Vendor claiming "Natioanl Holiday" for their employees only if employees worked on very previous day and very next day of the Natioanl Holiday.If they not worked that particular days, they are not claiming "National Holiday".
Whether this method is correct as per Labour Law or Not?

I have a doubt regarding applicability of competition act. To whom it is applicable? do malls come under its purview? when i went to watch a movie, behind the ticket, they've printed that, outside eatables are not permitted. but instead they allow to buy food from the theater itself. they're forcing people to buy junk food at at a premium price. is it not a clear cut prohibition of the forces of economy? competition?

Hey can any body guide me about investment criteria of Nbfc. I want to know two questions
One is :-if NBFC do investments in its own subsidiary then what is the ceiling limit for it and what are the other provisions and condition that NBFC has to follow??

second one is: in NBFC is investing any where in India then what are the provision/rules/regulations to do investment by NBFC??

i am not able get RBI guidelines, so kindly provide me that also if possible?
