on, 28/10/2011 i had formed a partnership firm named "ABC Designs" containing Three partners A, B, C.

Now on 10/4/2012 i have incorporated private limited company Named "ABC Designs Private Limited" containing same Director named A and B. i.e., partners of "ABC Designs".

Directors and Partners are same.

Now please tell me that can i operate both the firm, i.e., Private limited and partnership firm at the same time?

or?

is it necessary that partnership should be dissolved to incorporate private limited company with same name and same director.

Hi,
Am working in broking company (ltd). Company issue a yearly bonus in the month of october (deepavali).They stating above 15k is not eligible for bonus. When i ask they saying is a HR Policy of that company. I heard of indian law of mandatory of giving bonus to employee. So pls me out to get bonus.

If the Person was deducting TDS as per the rules in the few earlier year & In the Just Preceding Year He had discontinuing Business, and he have started the same business in the Current year . so Plz Reply whether he is lible to deduct TDS or not in the C.Y. ?

What is the Name option in partnership act.I want to register Firm naming "Venus International" but registrar says that Name of partnership can not Contain "International "

legal effect of Memorandum and articles?

THERE IS A CHARITABLE TRUST. TRUST WANTS TO PURCHASE AN AGRICULTURAL LAND. ONE OF THE TRUSTEE IS A FARMER BUT HE DONT HAS THE MONEY. CAN TRUST GIVE HIM LOAN AND THEN HE GIVE IT AS A GIFT TO THE TRUST? THE LAND IS IN GUJARAT AND TRUST DONT WANT IT TO HAVE NA STATUS OF THE LAND.
