22 October 2012 If the Person was deducting TDS as per the rules in the few earlier year & In the Just Preceding Year He had discontinuing Business, and he have started the same business in the Current year . so Plz Reply whether he is lible to deduct TDS or not in the C.Y. ?

22 October 2012 Details are short to give satisfactory answer. Let us go one by one. The very fact that the person was deducting TDS, means he was liable to deduct. Now he discontinued the business. (TAN cancelled?...) He started same business.... whether same business was recontinued or a new business is started with the same name?
