29 October 2012 I have filed Form 1A with ROC mentioning 4 promoters and it has been approved...

Now i am filing Form 1, 18, 32 mentioning all the promoters as directors however only two promoters as subscriber for MOA & AOA..

Whether this is correct as per provisions of Companies act... can a company have a promoter without holding any shares...

If you want to mentioned 2 promoters as subscriber then you will take other two a NOC that he is not interested to be subscriber/promoter of the proposed company and attached the same with Form-1.
