RESOLVED that Mr. ..... Director/Authorised representative of the Company be and is hereby authorized to sign power of attorny deal on behalf of the company with ......, & other related Regulatory Authorities in connection with taken any property on rent/lease.
RESOLVED FURTHER that Mr. .....Director/ Authorised representative be and is hereby authorised on behalf of the company to sign, execute, amend, modify and submit the application, documents or other papers related to obtaining the said premises/property."
