17 October 2012 CAN A BOD APPROVE THE ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR REMUNERATION AS ON DATE OF APPOINTMENT?? OR CAN THE SAME (REMUNERATION) BE APPROVED BY THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEE IN THE NEXT MEETING SO CONDUCTED??

Firstly Remuneration Committee of the Board Approve then Board Meeting will take note of such approval of remuneration.

Firstly additional director will appoint then Remuneration committing will be called to approve the remuneration of additional director.

After that when Board meeting hold it will take note of the approval of remuneration of additional director.
