18 October 2012 In compliance certificate we give the details of all the forms filed during the respective Financial Year. My query is that whether to show the details of Form-23B(Intimation by Auditor to RoC of there appointment) in the Compliance Certificate or not?

If not. Then Why?

Form-23B filing is not responsibility of the company it is to statutory Auditor who will file and send the copy of the same. So, you can escape the same in Compliance Certificate.
