WHEHTER A CHARITABLE TRUST CAN BE FORMED BY MEANS OF FIXING THE CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT WITH STRUCTURE OF FOUNDER TRUSTEES-9 MEMBERS, TRUSTEES-27 MEMBERS, PATRONS-108 MEMBERS, AND ALSO FIXING THE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS FOR THE AFORESAID STRUCTURE.

To start with form an irrevocable trust with 9 founder trustees each contributing a specified amount.The Trust deed may contain clauses for admission of other categories of members,register the trust deed and go ahead.take care to see taht the trust deed provides for all matters including contingencies /filling up of vacancies/right duties and obligation of the trustees and the broad objective of the trust.Apply for IT regn
