Will anyone pl solve my query;-
if a director appointed only for 3 days,i.e. from 27th October to 30th October, then the details of director be entered in annual return "20B"

Yes, if you have made entry in minutes and File Form-32 of that director then it will be mandatory to give the details of such director in Form-20B.
