Hi, can any one provide me a drafted memorandum & article of association for a mining as a main objective of a public limited company.

To carry on the business as manufacturers, processors, refiners, extruders, converters, shapers, drivers, sizers, reprocessors of carbon, activated carbons, carbon black, industrial carbon, coke, coal, chemicals, chemical compounds (organic and inorganic) and allied products, bye products, joint products from carbon either by mechanical process or by extracting or evaporating, either by extracting or by compounding one or more chemicals and other additives and chemical products (whether in solid or powder or granule or liquid or gaseous form) such as acids, alkalies, petrochemicals, bio chemicals, tannins, solvents, dye stuffs, dyes, paints, varnishes, auxiliaries, pesticides, insecticides, colours and also to carry on business as traders, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, distributors,, dealers, selling and marketing agents, consignment agents, commission agents, clearing and forwarding agents, stockiest, warehousers of aforesaid products and allied products in India and abroad.
