Hai friends can any send me the ammendments in corporate and laws applicable to Final May-2011
If there is a company having registered office in a city say delhi, and providing the services in different parts of the country say in Haryana, and employed semi skilled and skilled workers for providing the services. Does haryana wage rates would be applicable or Delhi wage rates would be applicable?
In other words, does it anything have to do where the registered office of the company is or the state where the service has been provided, matters for the purpose of payment of wages to skilled or semi skilled persons.
In the above case which state's wage rate will get applicable.
I have applied to MCA (form 23 and form 5) for increasing authorized capital of a private limited company from Rs 1 lacs to Rs 1 crore.As form 23 is being required for resubmission stating that date of board resolution should be different from date of AGM.My date of AGM,board resolution and notice is as follows-

Date of notice for AGM-12/02/2011

2day I Went to ICICI Bank for RTGS time 11.45 am.But Manager Bank not taken the my RTGS Documents. He told ICICI RTGS Time is over.Time is 9.am to 11.30 am for Saturday.But as per RBI time is 9.00 am to 13.30. for Saturday time.
Now ICICI Bank is Big than RBI?
What action i should take against bank?

c) loan at cost of funding to company which is higher than existing bank rate

Company X is a private limited company and for past many years is registered under the Provident Fund Act with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. To overcome the difficulaties faced by the employees with regards to PF transfer and withdrawls, the company intends to create its own PF trust.
Reuqest you all to guide on the following points:
1. Can a Company registered with the Regional PF office, create a PF Trust?
2. What is the procedure to create a PF trust?
3. Are there any case laws relating to this?
