If a Corporate entity has earned Profit on Sale of Shares,can this amount be deducted from the Net Profit as per P&L Account for the purpose of calculation of Grpss Profit as per Section of the Payment of Bonus Act,1965 ?

1. A director, not a share holder of the Company (as per the articles of the company no need for acquiring qualification shares by a director), gives loan to a private limited company Whether this loan will be violation under S.58A. Such director may be Technical or directorship to an expert.

2. From which relatives of a director a private limited company can borrow funds/can take loan?

I want to know what is meaning of Association, what is it mean if name of establishment ends with Associates, e.g., Dinesh & Associates ( Chartered Accountants) PKF & Associates ( Chartered Accountants), SRV & Associates ( Advocates)

One of my client has voter id and pan card only but his surname mention in id proof are as follow:-
voter id : Rajesh Kumar
Pan Card : Rajesh verma

my query "can i apply din with these id proof with different surname .how can i use these id proof for applying din .He has not any other proof.

3) Can proprietary concern can takeover the business of any private or public ltd co.

a. Mr.A maintains an account with XYZ Bank and signs in English Language

c. Mr.A simultaneously signs various other forms such as I T returns, Sale Deeds, etc., in different signatures.
