Dear Friends, I am working in a public limited company, where we have around 23 employee in the factory & around 50 employee in various territories of India. I just want to you whether we have to deduct ESI on all the staff or only of the factory staff. Also please tell me what is the maximum ceiling limit for ESI. thanks in advance.

all staff would be covered,
local office would be dependent on the place of maintanance of master roll and salary register basis.
