19 April 2011 Change in address from Delhi to Gurgaon invloves change in MOA and also it invloves shifting of registered address from Delhi to haryana state. Therefore, First you need to take permission of CLB for change in state. Then you should file form 18 for new address in Gurgaon alongwith approval of CLB
