Sir/Madam
Am a CA final student & having my xams now in may, i first started with accounts & Law, since am givin only 1st grp, i thought of finishing off accounts & law within a month, now its that have been able to complete only allied laws which itself is huge as there are many things added in the new course, frm 1st april i have started with SFM & Audit, am not able to understand how to complete Corporate laws as i havnt touched it once. plz guide me.

U start with intercorporate loans sec 372A nd sole sellng agents. Thn with oppressn nd mismanagment. Thn directors section. It shuld get cmpltd withn 4 days. Nd remaing part u can cmplt withn 4 days. Dnt worry. Select few past questns frm winding up nd dnt study whole of tht.
