Hello,
I reside in the USA and owned some shares of Deepak fertilizer. I received a letter from them that the shares are being transferred. and the signature on the transfer does not match. I notified them that I did not sign anything and that they should stop the transfer and return the shares to me.

They refuse and claim that I need a court order.

Is there a regulating body to file a complaint about this.

I can not go to court in India. They are just stealing my shares.

Anyone please advise

There was an agreement between Company and employee and company promised to give stock option as compensation to the employee. Now the company refuse the same. So what remedies are available to the Employee.

I had shares in physical form in joint name of me and my husband name.I was First Holder and he is the Second holder.I opened a Joint Demat A/c and transferred the shares in it. so Who are the Remisers , Authorised Persons & Sub Brokers and they are paid commssion for what....???
