Kindly advice on the method of valuation of shares during the transfer of the same. This shares are held in physical form.
Is NPV the only method or are there different alternatives.
Kindly advice at the earliest.

Other alternatives are discounted cash flow, EBITDA multiple,earnings multiple,enterprise value etc etc or a combination of various methods. These methods are sector specific
