Kindly advice on the method of valuation of shares during the transfer of the same. This shares are held in physical form.
Is NPV the only method or are there different alternatives.
Kindly advice at the earliest.

Pricing for Transfer of shares:
In case of shares and convertible debentures, a certificate from a Chartered Accountant on the value of such securities according to the guidelines issued by Securities & Exchange Board of India or DCF method for listed companies and unlisted companies, respectively.
