Employee stock option

There was an agreement between Company and employee and company promised to give stock option as compensation to the employee. Now the company refuse the same. So what remedies are available to the Employee.
Please its urgent. So i request to give answer as soon as possible.

Enforceable Remedies can be found from the agreement only. If Agreement does not say anything about stock options , effective steps can not be enforced.
