11 January 2012 Dear Friends ,
Please help me i Have a Query related to Stock Broking Firm.
I want to know that Stock Broking firm Gives Commission to The Remisers , Authorised Persons & Sub Brokers.
so Who are the Remisers , Authorised Persons & Sub Brokers and they are paid commssion for what....???
and what are the tds consequences in case Commission is paid to aforesaid Persons.

15 January 2012 These are the persons who solicits business for the Broker or you can say contribute in his business. On commission payable, a broker has to deduct TDS when the amount being credited exceeds Rs. 5000/-.
