Hello, I reside in the USA and owned some shares of Deepak fertilizer. I received a letter from them that the shares are being transferred. and the signature on the transfer does not match. I notified them that I did not sign anything and that they should stop the transfer and return the shares to me.
They refuse and claim that I need a court order.
Is there a regulating body to file a complaint about this.
I can not go to court in India. They are just stealing my shares.
