(because of trusty will probate.)
If society sell these shares in the stock market with in month,
can short term capital gain attract?
society exmpted for I.Tax.
somebody suggested if society invest whole consideration for six months no capital gain attract,refer 1994 circular.any body you have this circular please forward.
