Information system Audit

Hello Friends,

I am a chartered accountant and practicing at present. I have received a good offer from aboard for working as a finance controller. I have made my mind to accept it. But I am a little confused. Actually This company wants me to do CISA. I suggest the company that I should do DISA first. Am I right in my suggestion. What is the difference between CISA and DISA. Actually Degree or diploma is not important for me and company wants me that I should have working knowledge of system audit as it is starting a new company for info system audit. I just want to know whether DISA has ability to give me the working knowledge of information system Audit or I should do CISA.

Thanks in Advance
Abbas

CA : Continue or Quit

I have completed my CPT in first attempt by scoring 123 marks. I have appeared for both the groups of IPCC in May 2010 where i got 177 marks out of 400 marks in group 1 and 110 marks out of 300 marks in group 2 as i have not prepared for group 2. I even got 57 marks in Taxation. Along with this CA course i am also doing B.com which i will be completing in May 2011.

Right now my age is 20 years. If i complete all my future CA exams in 1st attempt, i will be declared as a CA at the age of 25 years. After which either i have to go for job in any company or as a partner in any CA firm for 3-4 years. Only after which i will be able to establish my own CA firm, where their is no assurance of getting hand full of clients (no fixed income). It means at the age of 28-29 years also i wont be settled in my life.

Else if now i quit CA and enter in business or industry field where i am planning to plant a ready-made industry or any other business in large scale which can be a well established firm in a span of 5 years. So by this i will be settled in my life at the age of 25 years.

Or else i have another option of doing only ATC as it will give me double degree in one year and then entering in industry or business field.

So i request you all to please help me to choose better and best career.

Waiting for your valuable suggestions....

Thank you in anticipation.

Work

I am waiting for my CPT results, I am pretty confident of my paper. In the meantime, I wanted to pick up work in the accounting field. I know articleship doesn't begin until I clear Group 1 of IPCC but can't I still work and gain some experience.
Any suggestions on type of work available and where I can apply?
