how to approch CA firms for job

07 January 2011 sir, i m interested in doing job with CA firms in income tax area in middel level firms. i m bit confused abt how to approch these firms as there is no advertisements abt vacancies in newspapers or job sites.
should i just walk in with my resume or what? plz help me out to find a way
