You have to see the peak season and its fund requirements and lean season and funds remain idle.

Also see the future expansion plans of the Hotel.

Generally hotels require Term Loans for the construction of hotel and its facilities.

Hence one has to ensure the occupancy ratio and accordingly decide to avail the finance looking to the promoters' contribution.
