and he starts practising as a tax Counltant. . ?

can he advertise/solicit clients ?

which ethics are applicable to him.. ?

are they optional or legal ?

currently i have cleared my ty exam + appeared for my cs final..
i am really confused should i take up ca or do a mba + cfa considering that ca will take 5 more years minimum.
will i have to give cpt because i recently heard that ty cleared students do not have to give cpt.
pls help me i am really confused abut my next step in my career.

Sir i want to know something about CFA, my brother in law is pursuing CFA from ICFAI he has passed set 2 exams.Sir is ther any demand for CFA in indian market nowadays?...since he is doing CFA(INDIA) which is in less demand than CFA(USA),Will he get a job after completion?...what will be his starting salary and profile after completion?..

Is it mandatory to score 60% or above marks in ICWA papers to get a good job?..Or only ICWA pass is required to get a job...Does the companies demand 60% or above marks in ICWA papers?...

DEAR SENIORS AND SIR,Is it true that ICWA and CMA(USA) toghether passed a MoU which allowing CMA as equivalent qualification to ICWA?...is there same kind of demand exists for CMA and ICWA in india?...is CMA is really equal to ICWA in india?...can someone having certification of CMA apply for a job which requires ICWA in india?..pls reply i am bit confuse

I want to share my problem regarding my career. I have completed CA during my articleship in Nov 2010 then I enrolled myself in Campus placements. Fortunatly I also got job there. Now as I had started my job in that company, seniors just neglects me & even after 2 months i have not been given any work assignments on the other hand a girl also recruited with me is given a seprate treatment & she has been given core work of finance (m also in finance dept but my work assignment was project system).There is very much clear dicriminations i am feeling. Talking to my seniors i only gets the answer u have to do the work of projects but still after so much time i am not having any work.

I just want to ask what should I do as I am feeling very much mental dippression. should I leave the Job? OR what should I do? Will this not affect my career as this is just resulting in loosing my moral.
Please help me.
