11 June 2011 Is it mandatory to score 60% or above marks in ICWA papers to get a good job?..Or only ICWA pass is required to get a job...Does the companies demand 60% or above marks in ICWA papers?...

11 June 2011 There is no definite criteria as such. Obviously candidate with high % of marks will be preferred. But ultimately it all boils down to your knowledge, experience and how you present yourself during the interview. High marks is a criteria but not the only criteria. For example Big Companies Like, Coal India, Power Grid, ONGC and many more conduct written test followed by GD and Interview. So there only your quality will count and not the marks.
