sir, I really need your help i want job as assistant accountant but whenever i go for interview they want good knowledge of all taxes i have some knowledge of all taxes and how to pay but i have no knowledge about returns. How can i prepare myself for interviews& how can i get job?

Dear gurus,

I am working with one of the big 4 in SAP implementation, but we were not having any project from last 1 year..frustrated with this, i decided to leave SAP ( I think now boom period is over and not much work left..)


Now when I have decided to leave this field and join System/IT audit , we got one SAP implementation project where I will be FI consultant.

can anyone please suggest me, that whether I should stay in SAP (my friends suggesting me to stay since there is good scope for this field) or shall I go for system/IT audit.

I am CA fianl student planning to appear next year also doing CS.
have completed my CS-executive and will be appearing for CS-finals too next year
also have completed 3.5 years of CA-training this year.

My question is what is the procedure to become member of CS and CA both .Also i dont wish to undergo training for CS, as i have already done 3.5 years of traing for CA and dont want to do any furthur traing.

I have heard that if i open my firm or join as a partner in ca firm , i will be exempted form cs-training.

If not what will have happen?

lastly,if i am not elible for any training exemption and i dont do any trining also.
then what will be my status.will that cs degree be of any use without training?

What is the use or requirement of FRN to a practicing CA. Can a CA sign Audit Report Without having FRN.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

Im third year graduation student and has my graduation exams in May 2012. Im also doing CA Final where my attempt is due in May 2013. Now along with this after my graduation, im interested to persue CWA. As per the ICWAI guidelines after finishing graduation, i can opt for executive program without appearing for the foundation course. Kindly clarify me that whether this clause is applicable for applying to Executive course or appearing for exam of executive course?
Also kindly tell me the difference between oral coaching and postal coaching. Which is preferrable?
