How to claim cs-training exemption pls help

25 September 2011 All experts,
I am CA fianl student planning to appear next year also doing CS.
have completed my CS-executive and will be appearing for CS-finals too next year
also have completed 3.5 years of CA-training this year.

My question is what is the procedure to become member of CS and CA both .Also i dont wish to undergo training for CS, as i have already done 3.5 years of traing for CA and dont want to do any furthur traing.

I have heard that if i open my firm or join as a partner in ca firm , i will be exempted form cs-training.

If not what will have happen?

lastly,if i am not elible for any training exemption and i dont do any trining also.
then what will be my status.will that cs degree be of any use without training?

28 October 2011 Look ! without training, ICSI will not grant membership, hence degree will not be used.

there are provisions of exemption from CS training which are given in CS Regulation

but i will be really glad if you cn help me in making me understand what exactly I can do to claim exemption from undergoing CS training.
As I have al;ready completed my CA training, so i can utilise my time effectively to claim exemption.
