28 September 2011 Many feel that an MBA degree from a foreign university is well recognised. A degree from a prestigious international college can enhance your career prospects. You will be better positioned in terms of your salary and promotion.

A foreign degree also has global brand recognition. So, if you are planning to join a multinational company, then a foreign degree is a good option.

But, a degree from a premier Indian B-school also holds the same recognition and value. There is a huge demand of MBAs from IIMs or XLRI in India and abroad.
