Where does a CA student stands while comparing to an IIT student or an IIM Student

Hi All,

A chartered accountant, my friend, working in an MNC wants to quit the organization.
As per organization rules she is liable to serve 3 months noitce period. But she is able to serve only 5 weeks noitce instead of 3 months.

Are there any provisions in Chartered accountatn's Act or any other act which can have Adverse impact on her membership with ICAI.

I Want to Part Time Accounting Jobs for practice, but don't know from where to start.

i want take transfer from medium size to small firm (not so small) having bank auidt and service tax and transfer pricing ... should i get transfer ... or not .. or to big firm ? please give sugestion

my brother is practicing ca from last two years and i have cleared c.a n m deciding to join him.
in this regard, i want to know how should we constitute partnership firm ??
should we form new partnership firm or else my brother should add me in his firm and then he should change constitution of his firm from proprietory firm to partnership ??
