Dear sir/madam,
i have cleared my final exams in may 2011 now I am working in a ca firm and i wanted get the COP so please help me out in the following matters
1. Procedure for applying
2. what is full tie cop and part time cop , and what are there benefits
3. what kind of cop i can apply
4. any requirement after applying cop
5. is it mandatory to open a firm after applying

1. you are already member of ICAI then u will fill the form-6. and you get the cop.
5. It is not mandatory to u open a firm u can do practice as individual.
3. no requirement after applying cop execpt only do cpe hour in specified time period.
4. you can take any cop full time or part time cop.
